According to Chancey, the line is meant for the “elegant gentleman traveler” look with a slice of Belgian surrealism. For Fall/Winter 2010, look to the brand to live up to its philosophies with a range consisting of simplistic knits, scarves, tops, and trousers. There’s a quiet ambiance to the range which I’m sure some of the more humble fashionable types will appreciate.

Heritage Research – Spring/Summer 2010 Lookbook

British clothiers Heritage Research has new images of their Spring/Summer 2010 lookbook. With their garments crafted in England using the finest British and Japanese fabrics, HR pays close attention to the details and the finishes of their items. Think traditional English tailoring methods mixed with modern silhouette construction. For Spring/Summer 2010 expect a lot of rugged workwear pieces mixed with casual outdoor styles. The collection is quite diverse with items such as heavy duty parkas, leather jackets, flower patterned vests, light blazers, plaid tops, and of course a few accessories. Some standouts in the collection are the thick neck laced parka, the flower patterned vest, and the Heritage Research bag.

Hiroshi’s back at it again with a new collection from his Uniform Experiment line. For Spring/Summer 2010 entitled “South,” Fujiwara presents a stylish collection that evokes the styles of the city, countryside, and beach environments. The looks are very casual with shirts, cardigans, tops, and shorts. The suits in the collection reflect the city life, and can be very much intermixed with the rest of the items in the range. Beach prints, plaids, and golden colors are the standout details in the collection. Overall, Uniform Experiment’s Spring Summer 2010 is probably one of the more versatile collections presented so far.

If you’re appreciative of high technical designs with futuristic detailing and super functional styles then the Shadow Project range is right up your alley. As always, outerwear will receive most of the attention in the collection with impressive designs. Colors for the range include sky blues, olives, orange, and greys. The T-shirt range in the collection is great as well with graphics that give more detail on what the Shadow Project is all about.
