The Rock n’ Roll persona is still alive and well for fans of the Varvatos line. However, there is a certain vampiric quality to the range that makes the collection both rugged and romantic. The color palettes stay consistent with rust and concrete hues, and items such as blazers and suits are versatile enough for multilayer options. Wool suits stay neat, as well as outerwear that also comes in leather. If you’ve been a follower of the line for a while now, then this collection should definitely keep you grounded on Varvatos.

John Varvatos Leather Goods – Fall/Winter 2010
John Varvatos will be releasing a collection of leather goods this coming Fall/Winter 2010 season. The design of the range will still keep its rock music influences but with a preppy twist. The line will feature unique detailing and quality leathers that will consist of bags, belts, wallets, and more. The canvas bags above are just a few examples coming from the line and it’ll be exciting to see what the rest of the collection has in store.

Selectism currently received these photos from the Compass Tradeshow. Inspired by the passion & creative spirit of music, the John Varvatos 2010 Footwear Collection includes a selection of moccasin desert boots & finely crafted leather pieces. As these are the only pics available from the collection, we are hopeful that there will be more models on the way.

John Varvatos’ new ad campaign features internationally known Brit band Franz Ferdinand. The new campaign is part of the label’s continuing global expansion. With John Varvatos’ recent take over of the old CBGB’s space in New York City, and now with this campaign, there’s no denying that the brand is making their musical influences more present in terms of the brand’s identity.
