This ocean front residence by Grant + Sinclair Architects was recently featured on Canadian ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN magazine’s September/October issue of 2008. The West Vancouver home is not only a beautiful and ultramodern piece of property, it is also sustainable. It features a geothermal system, uses solar panels for energy, and collects rainwater for use. The interiors of the house features Pennsylvania bluestone walls and beechwood acoustic ceiling panels. To access the pool area, there is a retractable door which also leads you to a fantastic view of the ocean.
