New Trailer for The Wrestler
The new trailer for Darren Aronofsky’s (Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain) film, The Wrestler has just been released. The story surrounds aging wrestler, Randy “The Ram” Robinson (Micky Rourke), who in the 80’s was a headlining name in the pro wrestling circuit. Now, 20 years later, Randy’s career has long been at a downturn performing for local community centers and gyms around New Jersey. Inside the ring, Randy is respected and adored, while outside in his personal life, he is estranged from his only family, his daughter. Randy also strikes up a romance with an exotic dancer (Marisa Tomei), who wants to show him life outside the ring. But the thrill of the fans and the sport always draws him back. There’s been buzz of an Oscar worthy performance by Micky Rourke in this film, and with Aronofsky taking a new career turn with less special effects and fancy editing, this movie is worth the watch.

Hotel ME in Barcelona
Hotel ME in Barcelona is the newest venture by the Sol Meliá hotel company. As one of the hotels under the “ME by Meliá” brand, this Barcelona hotel was designed by renowned French architect Dominique Perrault. Hotel ME, which is pretty much a skyscraper hotel, has 259 rooms and suites in its 30 floors. Views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Tibdabo and Montjuïc hills can be seen anywhere. Minimalism and a modern look gives way to the structure’s technological aspect. The outside is clean and simple while it’s technological parts and advances also bare the same characteristics. Inside, Hotel ME is very luxurious with its modern and sleek interiors. The rooms are all elegantly furnished and comes with state-of-the-art entertainment systems. Multiple meeting rooms, bar, and restaurant are just some of the other extras for the hotel. You can also easily access the different nightlife and cultures Barcelona has to offer from here too. New Star Trek Trailer
Trekkies rejoice. The new trailer for J.J. Abram’s Star Trek film is out now. From the looks of it, the new Trek hardly bears any resemblance to any of the old Trek Films. Of course, this is an entirely new cast, plus it has been about 12 years since the last movie.
