Hg2 Restaurant Guides: New York & London

London based travel guide company Hg2 (A Hedonist’s Guide too…) has compiled a user-friendly guide to the best restaurants in N.Y. and London aptly named Eat New York and Eat London.  With the help of world-renowned food critics and top chefs these guides are sure to include a great selection of interesting and exotic restaurants. -$12

Not familiar with Hg2?  Here is a small excerpt about the company’s philosophy:

Our brand of hedonism taps into the spirit of Whatever Works for You – from chic boutique hotels to well-kept-secret restaurants locals don’t want tourists to find out about. We do not mindlessly seek out the most expensive; instead, we search high and low for the absolute/very best a city has to offer. Of course there is always a side order of great bars and hot clubs – but you’d demand nothing less. If this strikes a chord, Hg2 is for you.

The Rough Luxe Hotel in London

The Rough Luxe Hotel in London is a little something different from your average modern hotel stays. The Georgian property is a mixture of luxury and historic deconstruction . With peeled walls accompanied by modern art work, photography, and unique furniture, the Rough Luxe Hotel gives guests an ambiance they won’t forget. The idea of designer and gallery curator Rabih Hage, Rough Luxe is a concept that feels incomplete with the visible wear and tear such as chipped paint, and rough edges. But the juxtaposition of infusing it with luxury furnishings and ammenities combines both ideas into one complete and unique hotel experience. More images after the jump.
