Slumdog Millionaire Trailer
Danny Boyle’s (Trainspotting, 28 Days Later) newest film Slumdog Millionaire has just released its new trailer. Although the storyline may not appeal to all (it’s set around the game show Who Wants to be a Millionaire India), Boyle’s new flick however, is winning the hearts of those who’ve already been lucky to see it. The story follows Jamal Malik, an 18 year-old orphan from the slums of Mumbai who makes it as a contestant on the Millionaire game show. Only one question away from winning, the show is forced to break for the night. Things go awry when he is arrested and accused of cheating for knowing all the answers. It’s hard to believe a street kid could actually know so much. As a way to prove his innocence, Jamal tells his stories of growing up in the slums. They are stories that include friendship, violence, and true love. Each story he tells is related to how he knows the answers to the questions in the game show. 7th Season Trailer for 24
Jack Bauer is back again this Fall. Though 24’s last season wasn’t its best, this season looks to be a bit more promising, especially with this preview for the show. Judging from the scenes we’ll get a little bit more for our viewing pleasure, such as Jack Bauer in Washington, more car chases, more gun action, and more of everything of what Jack Bauer usually does (like whispering really loudly). Don’t get it mistaken though, this is not the trailer for the TV movie coming out on November 23rd. It’s for 24’s January season premiere. Check out the trailer now.

New Watchmen Trailer
Watchmen recently received the most anticipated movie award at the Scream 2008 Awards. Regardless of how you think the movie will turn out, this trailer deserves a peak. Visionary director Zack Snyder (300, Dawn of the Dead) gives one of the most critically acclaimed limited comic book series about superhores his own special effects treatment. So far, the images are stunning and the mood of the film seems to match that of the stories. Maybe this movie will try to give that “other” superhero movie that came out this year a run for its money. Take a look for yourself.
