Here comes the first solo project of Clementi Taverniti which he calls as the Matieres Project. He has branched out after working for some time with Maison Kitsune and Dries van Noten. His first ever collection shows off great details in terms of choice of materials and other specs. The entire team searched for rare fabrics along with the most innovative ones too to feature a fusion of street styled staples but done in a high sense of tailoring. This approach can be noticed on the textured shirts in color blocks which mix the polo collars with Riri zippers along with technical outerwear and colors that range from rich navies to oranges. By the way, the Matieres has even been nominated for a Woolmark prize.
Clement Taverniti is a French designer who started his own line of fashion called Still Good in 2012. Check out more about him and his works via http://www.still-good.com/.
