Kreoo makes a marble bathtub that’s called the Kora. It follows an ellipsoidal shape and renders elegance to any bathroom setting that evoke ancient bells of the tibetan. The term kora is related to a traditional musical tool in West Africa. And since the music it produces refers to the sound of water, which is quiet yet deep, it makes it all the more perfect to be a design reference for a bathroom.
It is carved with a fine technique done by digging the stone and handcrafted for the finishes and other intricate details. The entire tub sits on a tripod made of iron and gives stability to the entire volume. During the Salone del Mobile event, the marble tub was presented in the bianco estremoz edition. However, it is also made available in colors of black marquina, bianco carrara and grey st. marie.
