Artist Marc Khachfe used various images of space and science to really create a portfolio of beautiful art. He came up with large-scale maps of various layers of data and photos. In a designboom feature about the London-based artist, Marc shared how he was totally blown away with the nighttime photos of cities taken by the ISS astronauts.
Frustrated with his large, blurry prints for some of the photos, he then came up with a better idea of layering it with CGI to make the similar effects of nighttime streets and buildings. Then with the help of photoshop, he was able to merge all the layers altogether and become more playful with the addition of colors and effects for each image.
