The Public School Men’s RTW Fall 2014 collection made a huge and unique impression on the New York Fashion runway. Its designers Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne just got back fresh from their most recent milestone for the best men’s wear award during the Swarovski and CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. The men’s fashion line up the designers presented includes more sophisticated styles. One of the good examples includes a biker jacket that was tweed and paired with sleeve inserts made in leather. It is topped off with wool pants and side inserts in faille.
Despite the change, the signature street reference of the fashion line remains strong. It still highlighted the mastery of the designers when it comes to layering along with a touch of monastic sensibility. This collection certainly made the Public School fashion brand moving up alongside other big leagues.
