If you’ve ever been camping out in the woods, then you’d know how awesome it is to live in a standard wooden cabin for a few days, that is, if you didn’t resort to traditional tents. However, there’s one particular cabin that goes by the name of Sneeoosh Cabin out in Puget Sound, Washington that is indeed no ordinary cabin at all. In fact, the walls of the cabin aren’t even made of wood. They’re made of glass, allowing for breathtaking views of the neighboring woods to be seen at any time. This two story cabin is all about adapting with the surrounding landscape. The main living space of the home is open to both the forest and the larger views of the surrounding Hope Island, Whidbey Island, and the Olympic Mountains beyond. The cabin was finely built to be minimally disruptive to forest vegetation and inhabitants. Protection is also a key area this cabin excels in with the highly insular and protective roof that covers the upper floor where there are privately held sleeping spaces. The Sneeoosh Cabin is every camping lover’s dream.
