A house built of striped wooden walls and bumpy limestone walls, the Casa Pre de Sura is a classic Italian home sitting atop one of the most exhilarating areas in the city known as San Martino in Badia. Gorgeous views of nearby mountains and hillsides may be seen from the boxy windows extruding from the façade along with the massive window in the master bedroom that wraps over the roof. The interior is covered with limestone walls that in fact absorb moisture from the air, thus cooling the house during warm months. All three floors of the house were built in such a unique fashion and the house itself has a strong connection with the surrounding landscape.
