The Broadway Penthouse in New York is an eco-friendly home that was built from both synthetic and natural materials. It includes wooded flooring along with planted carpets and links a penthouse loft with a roof terrace that allows for dynamic views of downtown Manhattan. The interior has a nice flow as it features a living lounge with a beautiful textile garden. A staircase that is surrounded by walnut floor leads to a matching IPE roof deck above. Some materials used in the construction of this project include carpet, recycled glass, recycled walnut, and richlite.
