Formed by endless creativity and imagination, the so called stickwork sculptures by Patrick Dougherty are truly an intricate form of art. Dougherty, being the skilled carpenter that he is, has effectively collaborated with people to create sculptures out of tree saplings. His love of nature definitely played a part in this masterpiece, as he has created a variety of different shapes that tend to blend in with the flow of the surrounding environment. What makes his sculptures amazing is the vast amount of possibilities associated with them. Everyone sees something different when viewing it. Dougherty has certainly made his mark as there are now over two hundred of his massive sculptures all over the world.
