If you ever watched the first James Bond movie committed to screen, 1962′s Dr. No, and thought that the island inhabiting eponymous villain would became a style icon like our British super spy hero, then you were probably Christophe Lemaire. The clinical asian influences are obvious here, as they were for the ever negative doctor, with clean lines and nondescript standard pieces dominating the bulk of this lightweight collection. But there is something rather aesthetically pleasing about the line as a soft color palate allows pieces to blend together into complete outfits, establishing a standard for a complete body of work rather than one stand out piece.
