Junya Watanabe accomplished a preppy and casual collection for spring, filled with summery suits. A pleasant aura was given off from the models’ cornflower blue, khaki, and pale gray suits, which were paired with pants that were either cropped above the ankle or cut into trim Bermudas. Each outfit had an individual characteristic as well so no two suits looked the same. Some of the small surprises included elbow patches and pocket trims in shirt fabrics. The concept of the collection did not portray much variation, but the simple designs are what makes the outfits easy to wear and easy to look good.
