While the iconic design of the 1960′s Jaguar E-Type roadsters might be something that shouldn’t be touched, much like the original Star Wars (sorry George Lucas) and your grandmother’s recipe for apple pie, there can always be a few exceptions. For example, take the case of Bahrain based designer Hussain Almossawi and Albanian designer Marin Myfitiu’s updated concept for the iconic roadster – creating an ultra-futuristic and sleek body that seems like a Jaguar from space. And when you consider the fuel source – piezoelectric cells that harvest energy from the friction created through wind resistance – this car might as well be worth dreaming about.
