Just in time for the impending election season, satirical veteran Will Ferrell is back with a new film, this time teaming up with Zach Galifinakis, who looks more than your average mustachioed overweight funny guy. The film pits Ferrell’s four-term Congressman Cam Brady against Galifinakis’ newcomer Marty Huggins for a political and comedic showdown that involves snake bites, baby punches and general hard-hitting humor. If you ignore some of the more crass humor for a second, there’s no doubt that this flick is going to bring some scathing political satire to our country in the midst of a real-life ballot war. And with a slogan like “I refuse to lose and I will win,” The Campaign won’t leave any stone unturned in it’s quest for comedy.
