Agave Denim was formed in 2002 with the simple business model of producing focussed, quality denim and tees, and distributing to outlets that creator, Jeff Shafer knew on a personal level. With growing popularity in the communities, he expanded the brand to include knitwear, and eventually, a women’s collection. The evolved company now resides in Ridgefield, Washington and continues to extend its reach by featuring a collection using premium materials such as Japanese denim and Supima cotton. Their upcoming Spring/Summer 2012 collection has those two staples in their line-up as well as linen shirting in plaid and gingham patterns and sturdy chinos.
