Noted for their impressively indestructible outerwear, LA brand Aether has just unveiled their ultimate outer shell – a gutted Pan American Airstream trailer aptly named the AETHERstream. Operating as a shop on wheels, the AETHERstream started its run in LA, moving cross country to New York, where it will reside for the remainder of the calendar year. While converting a former moving residence to clothing boutique doesn’t seem like the easiest of tasks, the brand teamed up with Parisian designer Theirry Gugain to make their image a reality. Filled out by reclaimed oak flooring, the AETHERstream also features furniture from Environment Furniture, who creates pieces from recycled materials.
You can find the AETHERsteam in New York at 47 Prince Street at Mulberry, where it will be open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Visit Aether for more info.
