While the phrase ‘hand-dipped’ usually seems to apply to ice cream, this time the phrase takes on a meaning equally as sweet: hand-dipped indigo denim from North Carolina workshop Raleigh Denim. Hand-crafted by Susan Oliver Fennell, these pants go through a rigorous process to obtain the perfect richness in color, then taking a kiss from the sun to oxidize these threads into some truly remarkable jeans. Captured in this video from Nick Pironio, the Raleigh Denim Hand Dipped Indigo is a perfect example of the quality that a ‘Made in the U.S.A.’ brand can produce.
Raleigh Denim has partnered with Barney’s to offer their hand-crafted denim, or you can check out more from their workshop here.
