Although the weather leans towards warmth as we roll into April and May, the seasons experience an opposite change from the gentleman down on the southern half of the globe at Austrailian brand Handsom. For their F/W 2012 line (our S/S 2012), the brand took a very neutral, classic, easy on the eyes approach, concentrating on creating practical pieces that don’t grab too much unwanted attention. From the simple t-shirts with just enough flair down to a solid pair of lace up leather boots, the line has a comfortable feel about it, remaining relatively laid back, even when sporting the all-buttoned up white oxford. The knitwear also looks to be in excellent shape, ranging from cardigans with just enough fuzz to the slightly impervious looking ribbed turtleneck. Everything in the lookbook works well together, creating a cohesive and excellent look from the brand.
