Inspired by the vernacular mining and stamp mill buildings surrounding the magnificent Lake Tahoe in Nevada, WA Design INC was able to create the very modern Tahoe Ridge House without making the residence stick out like a sore thumb. Laid out with views of mountains in Nevada, Tinker’s Knob, and the Sierra Crest in mind, the house sprawls to strategically placed vertically integrated structures, creating a relationship with the landscape that effectively reveals the beauty it has to offer. Surround by a fresh snow fall, the Tahoe Ridge House is most certainly an architectural site to behold.
