California based quintet Vanaprasta have a humongous sound-there really isn’t any other way to describe a group who’s sound combines the best of elements of U2′s arena-sized sonic explosions with a slightly more robotic version of Kings of Leon, topped off with that sultry, emotive crooning meant to give you goosebumps. On “Nine Equals Nine”, a cut off of their upcoming release “Healthy Geometry”, the band manages to throw down a solid groove frosted with airy synths to lay down a strong foundation for some impressive sounds to come. It won’t be long before you hear these guys blowing out the speakers in some stadium-sized venues.
You can pre-order “Healthy Geometry”, which drops Nov. 1, here.
