To someone who doesn’t appreciate bicycles, the Colnago Super looks like a dull, boring bike. For those in the know, the Super is beauty on two wheels. The company itself was started by Ernesto Colnago in 1954, but surged to popularity in 1960 when Luigi Arienti won an Olympic gold medal riding a Colnago bike. Since that moment, the company has tried to be at the forefront of racing cycles.
The Super dates back to the ‘70s and ‘80s, but continues to dazzle to this day. The design won an award from Wallpaper magazine. This specific Super is light brown in color with a yellow/gold accent.
