While Twin Shadow/George Lewis Jr. is busy working on his latest album, set-to-be released at some point in 2012, Lewis recently released a special cover of Baggare’s quintessential 1980′s song, “Circus Is Gone”. Lewis has recently said in interviews that he changed the name of the song to “Changes.” While this Twin Shadow version is cut from the same cloth as the original, one would be hard pressed to refer to the song as a cover. “Changes” is a bizarre, but compelling reworking of “Circus” and serves as an interesting stopping point for Twin Shadow before the release of the new album next year.
