There have been quite a few different homes featured here over the years. Those homes are nothing without the furniture inside to tie each room together. With that in mind, a new collection from Prouvé RAW exemplifies the kind of furniture a modern home should feature.
The designs themselves are very sleek and clean. Dutch fashion design company G-Star RAW and Vitra, a Swiss furniture company, combined to create the line in honor of French architect and designer Jean Prouvé, who passed away in 1984. The Prouvé family also worked closely with the companies to ensure his style would live on through the furniture. In his time, he aimed to create pieces that were very simple, but above all, functional. It’s hard to argue that this new collection doesn’t achieve that goal.
