Prices start at $250,000 and were modeled after sought after loft apartments from New York City. Designed by David Ballinger, the boats are meant to be both a functioning living space as well as an environmentally friendly solution for frustrated Manhattan residents. At 48 feet long and 12 feet wide, the boat isn’t exactly a yacht, but still provides buyers with a sheik mobile living space.
