The Outlier Storm King Parka is stitched together using highly advanced fabric. This rain shell was built using Supermarine Cotton, which is a version of an almost forgotten Wold War II material with 21st century improvements. It is extremely breathable, water resistant, as well as one hundred percent windproof. In the rain the weaves within the jacket swell up and prevent water from seeping through. This is possible because, only the longest staple Egyptian cotton fibers are used.
Along with innovations in the make up of the parka, there are many great features in the structure. The coat has Prim S snap closures, three double access envelope pockets, zipping vents on both the sleeves and the under the arm, and a hi-visibility hood. Italian seam tape is another feature, that helps keep a guy dry while braving a storm.
The Storm King is available at Outlier.
