The House La Punta project was created by Central De Arquitectura, a very accomplished firm out of Mexico. The unique layout of this three story home creates an “L” shape, by laying the third floor perpendicular to the second. Each level has a very individual purpose, making the design extremely functional. While the ground floor serves as an entertainment area for guests, a well situated six slot parking garage sits directly below. The main level also includes multiple living rooms, a kitchen and dinning room, as well as a deck. This floor is partially enclosed by glass, giving it an inviting feel. The first story, a private cove, holds four bedrooms, an additional living room, and a study. Vegetation enveloping the first floor windows gives attendants a place to retreat at the end of the day.
