SAOTA or Stefan Antoni Olmendashi Truen Architects collaborates with Antoni Associates to create one of the unique houses found in Cape Town, South Africa. Called The Nettleton 195 House, this five-level property rests comfortably on an inclined location and presents a contemporary design effective enough to steal a scene. Repetitve yet clean lines dominate the structure of the house giving it volume and depth from both an interior and an exterior standpoint. The interior design is also quite astounding giving complement to the modern styling of the house.
