Australian based company ROLF Spectacles creates glasses frames completely out of wood material. No metal parts are used as compared to the conventional way of making frames. It’s a unique concept that has made ROLF a Reddot Design Winner combining their wood design techniques and an optimized ROLF-lens-system. There are two classes in the collection, one wood and the other bamboo in various designs including sunglasses. ROLF is a family business and should soon find its way in the U.S.
