As summer begins to wind down, we’ve been hard pressed to find an indie rock song for the season. But with the release of Real Estate’s “It’s Real” from their second studio album Days, the New Jersey based band has created a song that provides a perfect closing to the summer of 2011. Echoing the work of Pet Sounds era Beach Boys, “It’s Real” should satisfy fans of the band while also wooing over new listeners to a band that is poised to break out when their album is released October 17.
