Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’s latest song “Can’t Hold Us” is undeniably catchy, but Ray Dalton’s feature seals the song long into your brain for days to come. Dalton’s voice, similar to fellow R&B contemporary’s Frank Ocean and Drake, gives the song its overpowering hook. The song is typical Macklemore and Lewis fare, but Dalton’s part alone makes this song a must listen. “Can’t Hold Us” is the second single from their new album, although the Seattle based rapper has yet to sign with a label. It’s hard to imagine with Macklemore’s skill that he’ll stay unsigned much longer.
