A cardigan will be a staple layer in my wardrobe this spring 2011. A bit of old school yet trendsetting. An English brand popped in my head, ALL SAINTS SPITALFIELDS. As I browsed the store (and of course, they’re on the net too! www.us.allsaints.scom) this wrinkled navy cardigan caught my attention. HA! It will definitely be a companion in my travels – no need to iron and absolutely handsome. One may think that this is just a cardigan, but the subtle details make it an extraordinary “stuff”. I’m sure this piece of garment was touched by many tenacious and forward thinking talents – from the design to production. One thing for sure, this will add a bit of a layer on my white t and chinos this weekend! Yep, it’s time to spring forward! Time to loosen some winter stuff.
Industrial, edgy, worn-out sewn to perfection to fit the urbanista in you. The color palette this spring and summer 2011 definitely covers the basic guy like me and you – shades of khaki, white, grey, black, white and a bit of navy. However, the fabrics definitely maintain the brand’s social status. Few stores are located here in the US but if you do get a chance, stop by and enjoy the blueprint of this hip brand.
