Full disclosure: California-based footwear brand Clae is one of the brands I’m lucky enough to get to work with during my day job. Also full disclosure: I wear my Claes nearly every day, all year-round (proof) and can fully attest to how comfortable, well-made and versatile they are.
So you can imagine how great it is to get to share some of the gorgeously-shot lookbook images from the first batch of kicks from Clae’s Spring/Summer 11 collection. These shots have got us dreaming of warm weather and going sockless in the park, which is no small feat considering the cycle of snow-sleet-ice-repeat that we’re currently experiencing in New York.
But, lucky for us, we don’t have to wait until the weather to cooperate with our wardrobe to get our hands on these styles; summer is only a few clicks away. And for those of you living in a more temperate zone, well…know that the entire Northeastern seaboard is thinking jealous thoughts about you as you rock your Claes in a setting similar to the ones photographed here.
