TDK is bringing back the ghetto-blaster, apparently. These digital remakes are a new take on a classic look- and give you more juice than your older brother’s ever did. There’s an even mix of old and new here, with a nice glossy finish in addition to a few analogue knobs to remind you where you came from. Readouts are digital, and there’s USB, Headphone, and RCA outputs. Heck, there’s even a 1/4″ jack for the 1982 Randy Rhoads Flying V that’s been hanging in your basement since you gave up trying to play the solo from “Mr Crowley”. These come in 2 or 3-speaker configurations and can be yours online this January.
