We’ve overlooked a few Autumn/Winter 2010 collections the past few months, but its good to have stumbled upon Tae Young’s Beyond Closet collection for this season. It’s hard to tell where influences of the collection comes from, but the range does feature a lot of tweed pieces. Vests, jumpers, and a few of the blazers with pencil and ruler pockets signify a workwear influence, most likely from wood workers and shoemakers. However, some of the suits, coats, knits, and jackets give off a militaristic and government official type appearance. Needless to say, the versatility of the collection is superb and the attention to various details such as the pockets, buttons, and other various trimmings deserves much praise.
