It doesn’t get any better than owning a Rolex by James Bond. This actual Rolex chronograph graced the wrist of one of the lesser known Bonds – George Lazenby. It was the movie On Her Majesty’s Secret Service where Lanzby wore this special model. It’s a stainless steel pre-Daytona chronograph ref # 6238, and this particular Rolex was purchased by EON Productions for the film on October 23 1968. It was later sold off along with various props from the film, where it was last seen on sale at Christie’s Film and Entertainment sale in London in 2003. Now the watch has been acquired by Miami’s Matthew Bain Inc., and could now go for a cool $250,000 or more.
