We just spotted this beautiful cooking video from Kitsune Noir. This isn’t your run of the mill cooking show episode. With amazing cinematography, straight forward recipes, little back stories, and cooking mood music, one can’t help but be inspired by how this meal is being prepared. In this first episode, we have roasted duck, potatoes, and salad on the menu. Sounds simple enough, but definitely beautiful at the same time. Bon apetit

Agreed – beautiful! I just posted about this, comparing it to a recent digital kitchen project by Intel — and arguing that this sort of tactile, hands-on, approach to cooking should be used, instead of the antiseptic way we often are presented with food.
