Even the summer breeze at night can get you reaching for some kind of outerwear. But add to the breeze some rain, and a few drops in the temp, then you might need something a bit more reliable than just your cardigan sweater. Oliver Spencer has two summer versions of their pole jackets in waxed cotton. Both versions have a zip front covered with button placket and cream wood buttons. Internally it has cream herringbone (for the blue) and navy herringbone (for the yellow) lining and a drawcord waistband with leather pulleys. Available now at Oliver Spencer.
