Kitsune’s Fall and Winter 2009 collection is all the french coolness we’ve come to expect from them and with every successive season they’re starting to look more akin to A.P.C. than Milkcrate these days. The feature from Honeyee, entitled “nouveau classique” exhibits the calm cool stylings I speak of. Each one of these pieces would be perfectly at home on the shoulders of an art school existentialist with a smoldering cigarette. The varsity jacket and wool military jacket are perfect for the men, and for the women folk that blazer with the white lining on the pockets makes me want to put a ring on it.
