Artist Sergei Sviatchenko has a very interesting project going that expresses the subtleties and detail of fashion through carefully executed snapshots of individuals. In the photos, all taken by Sviatchenko, faces are rarely seen and the clothes the subjects are wearing take over the frame, concentrating on every part of the look. You can tell the inspiration is vintage, and some of the photos appear lifted from dad’s high school photo album. The work is unique and we can’t wait to see more.
