
Clothing collections can sometimes veer to the extremes–nontraditional but totally unrealistic or easily adaptable but boring. Johnny Love’s Autumn/Winter 2009 collection thankfully resides in between the extremes. While the colors, patterns, and silhouettes are in keeping with today’s standard, the collection really innovates with interesting details like creative pocket placements (on arms, double breast pockets, multiple trouser front pockets) and unique button alignments (double rows on the neck of a henley, irregularly placed down the placket of a shirt).
