Fendi Fall/Winter 2009 Collection

The Italian luxury fashion house of Fendi recently previewed their Fall/Winter 2009 look book featuring all that is usually expected of them during these seasons. The few pieces shown all take dark earth tones normally adapted in most Fall collections but the materials and fabrics used here will ensure that these items are only worn during special occasions. Outerwear being the main focus, Fendi features a rich black leather overcoat with a notched fur lapel, extravagant coats made entirely of fur, and a classic brown leather bomber jacket. If this sounds all too safe and within the label’s comfort zone, consider their black cardigan sweater whose front side is completely decorated with sequins in an array of colors save the buttons and sleeves.
