Phil Petter – Autumn/Winter 2009
Phil Petter, the knitwear label out of Austria, present its Autumn/Winter 2009 collection of sweaters, cardigans and select outerwear. The label prides itself on the quality of its knits, but the variety of styles available is notable, as well. Cableknit, waffleknit, and ribbed knits are represented across an assortment of zip-front, pullover and button-up winterwear, with v-necks, shawl collars and many other shapes and cuts. Although the brand may be best known for its sweaters, this collection includes a fair amount of lightweight coats. A sheepskin vest and fleece jacket with contrast nylon sleeves stand out from the rest. While most of the pieces stay neutral and monotone, a diagonally-stiped turtleneck and a half-zip pullover add some diversity.
