A self-described “new wave” designer, California-born Jordan White cut his fashion industry teeth working for Ralph Lauren and Converse. White now has his own New York City based label – Man vs. Machine – and he is on a mission to captivate your imagination with his designs. White incorporates reflective surfaces, clean lines, denim, lambskin, and chrome to create a futuristic line inspired by new wave electronic music and costumes from vintage Stanley Kubrick films. The fall 2009 collection from Man vs. Machine consists of jackets, jeans, and accessories like belts and backpacks “fit for fashion savvy adults.”
