Edifice presents a Spring/Summer 2009 collection that is full of classic staples with contemporary touches. Timeless button-downs have been given modern details like tab sleeves and short collars, in white, navy and a floral print. What a nautical-inspired vest may lack in sleeves, it makes up for with three pockets and six wooden buttons. A vertical stripe hoodie with rope drawstring has a similar beachy feel. For a more dressy occasion, the collection offers a simple wool suit with a cropped, notched lapel jacket in gray or black.
