Set to a fuzzy guitar and background synths, the video lookbook from Williamsburg, Brooklyn’s Yoko Devereaux Spring/Summer 09 line showcases the brand’s signature downtown style. The video depicts models decked out in extra-long cardigans, patterned Harrington jackets and color-block tees avoiding moving lines without losing their cool. The designs of creative director Andy Salzer are simple and functional, from a poncho-like coat to a classic khaki trench. Shorts that hit mid-thigh and ankle-baring trousers come in several colors and round out the full range of pieces available. See the full video after the jump. Yoko Devereaux can be found at boutiques like DNA in New York and Chicago, or online at the Yoko Devereaux site.
