Hause of Howe – Fall Classic Collection 2009
Established in 2001, Californian label Hause of Howe have been designing premium lifestyle menswear for the stylish individual. Their new fall/classic collection for 2009 is a mixture of modern, contemporary designs on basic wardrobe pieces, featuring several garments such as long-sleeved shirts, several jackets of the double-breasted variety, sharp cardigans, and my personal favourite: a reddish-brown leather biker jacket. The collection is said to have been inspired by Jade Howe’s anonymous muse, ‘the Indie Executive’: “a hard-working, hard-playing, creative career minded guy, whose lifestyle is shifting from his desk to backstage in minutes.”
